Notary Public & Certified Translation, Koh Samui

Banks, embassies and foreign authorities often demand notarised or certified documents. As a registered Notarial Services Attorney, Jariya certifies and translates your documents so they are accepted at home and abroad.

Notarial services attestation

Thailand has no “notary public” in the Western sense — instead, lawyers licensed as Notarial Services Attorneys by the Lawyers Council of Thailand perform the role. We certify signatures, copies, powers of attorney, affidavits and declarations for use with banks, embassies and overseas authorities.

Certified English–Thai legal translation

We provide certified translation of contracts, court documents, marriage and birth certificates, company papers and IDs between English and Thai, with a certification that satisfies government offices, the Land Office and foreign consulates.

Legalisation and court interpretation

We coordinate document legalisation through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and provide qualified interpretation for court hearings, Land Office transactions and contract signings so nothing is lost in translation.
